Education and Experience:
Ms. Feng is a senior counsel of Broad & Bright. She graduated from Jilin University Law School, Jilin China, with a LL.B. and from Columbia Law School, New York, USA, with a LL.M. Before joining Broad & Bright, Ms. Feng worked at Covington & Burling’s Washington D.C. Office as well as the MOFTEC (currently Ministry of Commerce). She is a founding member of Broad & Bright.
Practice Areas:
Ms. Feng’s practice focuses on International Trade, FDI and Anti-trust laws of the P.R.C. Her clients include private companies and governments from European Union, Japan, Korea, the United States and other countries.

Ms. Feng has represented the Chinese government in WTO’s dispute-settlement proceedings. She also advises clients on legal issues relating to import and export control, FDI, antitrust, etc.

Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Feng was a government counsel in the MOFTEC (currently Ministry of Commerce), where she handled antidumping disputes, FDI issues and participated in trade treaties negotiations and trade law drafting.

In addition to her private practice, Ms. Feng is currently serving as a government expert advising the government on WTO rules implementation, OECD steel negotiation, trade barrier issues and antitrust law legislation.
